The Role

We are currently looking for a Store Manager to join one of our clients successful Southerland Shire stores. It is likely that you will already be a Store Manager and come from an environment where a consultative sales process is required. A passion for home furnishings and/or interior design would be an advantage, but is not a requirement.

Your main role will be to lead, motivate and inspire your team, whilst also being able to offer the very best in-store experience.

The Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have previous store management experience
  • Offer a consultative approach to the sales process
  • Enjoying inspiring, motivating and developing those around you
  • Have an interest in home furnishings / interior design
