Regional Manager - New Zealand
This well known fast paced retailer has stores all over the world and is continuing to grow. They are currently seeking a top quality Regional Manager who drives sales via coaching, mentoring and high quality standards.
You will be responsible for the entire New Zealand retail operation and responsible for all aspects of the business including customer service; sales achievement, recruitment, training & development, expense control and administration. The role will also focus on inventory management, KPI analysis and strategic/competitor awareness.
The successful candidate
You will be able to demonstrate a track record of retail sales achievement, mentoring teams across multiple locations - which will have given you a sound understanding of general retail business practices.
Key areas of importance include the ability to: communicate strategies and plans, inspire a sense of direction and purpose in others and manage external and internal relationships at an operational level. Your merchandising skills will also come into play as you look to maximise sales opportunities.
Excellent influencing, negotiating and communications skills, high levels of personal confidence and proven time management skills, together with strong business acumen & outstanding people/relationship management skills will see you secure this fantastic opportunity!
