With long standing relationships and a reputation for reliability and expertise, this company successfully operates across global markets. This leader is expanding their store footprint, hence, require a multi-outlet Retail Network Manager to join the team.
The Network Manager will be responsible for developing the consumer platform network strategy to achieve brand and store site penetration and meet financial objectives. The Retail Network Manager will utilise their analytical skills and financial acumen to identify market opportunities for new sites, analyse current site performance, optimize coverage and implement a profitable network plan. This is a great opportunity for a Network Manager looking to partner with, advise on commercials and influence lead personnel including Property Managers, Lead Engineers and Business Managers.
Your background could be varied, you could come from a retail chain or franchise background in a regional manager capacity where things like analysing, improving performance, maximising efficiencies and best practice retail are parts of your past. A degree qualification in Commerce, Accounting, Business or related discipline would be highly regarded. Your ability to assess macro and micro drivers, strategize, negotiate, influence and build relationships and commercial acumen will set you up for success.
