Customer Service Manager - Luxury Fashion

Our client is recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to join their team Sydney. You must be extremely well presented, proactive, have a high energy with the willingness to embrace the warm company culture.

Our client is one of Australia's leading premium/luxury fashion labels specialising in ready-to-wear, swim and resort-wear.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and motivating a team of customer service representatives to go above and beyond
  • Providing exceptional customer service and increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention
  • A hands on approach and demonstration of strategic leadership
  • Recruiting, training and appraisals
  • Working towards daily KPI's and targets

Experience Required

  • 3-5 years in customer service support and management
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Outstanding people skills with an ability to manage, motivate and develop the team
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and delegate tasks to team
  • Strong PC and communication skills

To be successful you will need exposure to managing staff, understand the workings of customer service division and respond well to the demands as team leader.
